This two day retreat focuses on the loss of identity and purpose, the relationship of trauma to heart disease, and ways to continually engage to re-identify and know where you are and how you belong. It is a remarkable transformative journey of Healing the Heart Center workshop with storytelling, music, and acupuncture to rejuvenate your heart and soul.

Information Veterans are invited to join this two-day retreat, if they are someone who has some symptoms of war-related PTSD (diagnosis not necessary) and at least one risk factor for cardiovascular disease (high-blood pressure, high cholesterol, family history).
